My Somatic Healing sessions are intentionally tailored to offer you optimum support in navigating whatever rollercoaster life has you on. Allow me to support you on this journey.

Weaving a combination of traditional Reiki, Pellowah, Breathwork, Intuitive Energy Healing, Crystal Therapy, and Light Language to maximise the incredible healing and cleansing benefits of these holistic therapies.

My 90 minute Somatic Healings offer powerful support, activating your body's innate healing abilities, releasing stagnant energy blockages, releasing limiting beliefs and patterns, releasing trauma stored in the body, soothes the nervous system, reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep, promotes mental clarity, stimulates internal organs, boots vitality, cultivates deep relaxation and allows your energy to flow freely for a positive impact physically, mentally and spiritually. 

Somatic Healing sessions are available in my serene St. Leonards healing space.  Limited on location/mobile healings may also be arranged (travel fee may apply).

60 minute Energy Healing is $100

90 minute Somatic Healing session is $150 -
